Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Checks. Open accounts are available to customers with
established credit. We would be happy to provide your company with a line of credit if you can provide sufficient trade and
financial references. There is a $35 charge for returned checks.

Past Due Accounts
Invoices are due from the date of delivery and are expected to be paid when due. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per
annum) will be charged to past due accounts in addition to all cost of collection including but not limited to attorney fees and
agency fees. Should an account lapse 60 days we reserve the right to deny special / quantity pricing, and all credit privileges
until the account is within specified terms.

Special Orders
Non-stock special orders placed will require a 50% deposit. Balance will be required upon delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for current prices and quotes. Quotes good for 30 days unless noted
otherwise.

Grass Seed – Special Packaging
Bulk grass seed is packaged in 50 lb. bags. Smaller sizes are available and will have a packaging charge added:
Less than 50 lb: add .05 per lb.
Less than 25 lb: add .10 per lb.
Less than 10 lb: add .20 per lb.

Returns
Returns are accepted ONLY in clean, saleable condition. A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the credit, except in the case of defective product or our error. No returns allowed on Special Order or Non-Stock Items. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice.
